Q: Where does the system get the data?

During the onboarding process, we installed our tracking system on your website using Google Tag Manager or installing it directly on your website

Q: What does the tracking system collect?

We collect only the strictly necessary information to match the same visitor and build customer journeys.

For that, we collect multiple IDs:

After collecting these IDs we use a user-matching algorithm that uses probability to identify if the same users are coming back.

Q: Is this tracking system affected by ITP/ETP or the end of the cookie era?

Our tracking system uses other identifiers that are not affected by cookie blockers. Some of them are:

Browser Cache ID: Only erased if the cache of browser is deleted

IP address: Cut short, hashed IP

User-Agent: Functional cookies that cannot be blocked

Q: Have you been able to test this tracking system?

Our tracking system tracks the user 35% better than Google Analytics.

Q: Is it legal to track all these IDs?

Based on the new TTDSG (Telekommunikation-Telemedien-Datenschutz-Gesetz), which started on the first of December of 2021, you need consent for all tracking. This includes also analytic cookies and only excludes functional cookies.

If consent is given, then it is legal to track IDs. Additionally, we are not processing any data that can be connected to one person.
