Connecting Your Marketing Accounts to Kickbite

How to connect your ad platform accounts (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Microsoft) to Kickbite during onboarding.

Written by Juan Garzon

Overview

Kickbite needs access to your marketing platform data (spend, impressions, conversions) to run its attribution model. This step becomes available after you complete the Channel Mix & Attribution Settings.

For each platform, your Customer Success Manager will need: the Platform name, which Market the account belongs to, the Account ID, and the Currency.

Google Ads

Kickbite sends you an OAuth invitation. Accept it to grant read-only access. No additional setup needed on your end.

Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)

You need to grant access from your Meta Business Manager:

  1. Go to your Meta Business Manager

  2. Add [email protected] as an Analyst

  3. Confirm the access

Microsoft Ads (Bing)

Kickbite sends you an invitation. One important detail: use the aid from the URL (e.g., aid=48108678), not the standard account ID displayed in the interface.

TikTok Ads

Before Kickbite can connect, you need to add [email protected] as a user with analytics access in your TikTok Ads account first. After that, Kickbite can pull the data.

Pinterest Ads

Kickbite needs two pieces of information:

  • Partner ID

  • Ad Account ID

Your CS Manager will guide you on where to find these.

Snapchat Ads

Add [email protected] to your Snapchat Ads account and grant access. Your CS Manager will confirm once the connection is active.

Currency Note

The currency of your ad accounts should match the currency you set for the corresponding market in the wizard. If they don't match, attribution data may be inaccurate.

Completing This Step

Once all your ad platforms are connected, click "Mark as Finished" in the wizard. Your CS Manager will verify that data is flowing correctly from each platform.
