To connect your Taboola account to Kickbite, we need a set of API credentials from your Taboola account: a Client ID, a Client Secret, and your Account ID. Taboola generates these through their support chat (FinChat). The whole process takes just a few minutes — follow the steps below.
What you'll need
Access to your Taboola account with permission to request API credentials.
Step-by-step
1. Log in to Taboola
Go to your Taboola account and log in as you normally would.

2. Open Help & Assistance
Once you're inside Taboola, click on Help & Assistance.

3. Click "Chat with Support"
Select Chat with Support to open FinChat, Taboola's support assistant.

4. Request new API credentials
When FinChat opens, click on New API Credentials.

5. Specify the email address
When prompted, enter the email address that the credentials should be sent to. This is the email you'll use to send the credentials over to us.

6. Collect your credentials
Taboola will provide you with three pieces of information:
Client ID
Client Secret
Account ID
7. Share them with Kickbite
Send all three values — the Client ID, the Client Secret, and the Account ID — to your Kickbite contact. Once we have them, we'll complete the Taboola connection on our end. or directly to: [email protected]
