Kickbite maps Google Video / YouTube Paid traffic when website sessions arrive with the correct kb=ga_vd tag. There is no UI to force a campaign into YouTube Paid without that session signal.
Correct template
Use the Google Video / YouTube Paid pattern from the Google URL Parameters article. Example shape:
{lpurl}?kb=ga_vd_{campaignid}_{adgroupid}
Also check the Final URL suffix at account and campaign level so nothing strips or overwrites kb=ga_vd.
Why Kickbite needs a session
Kickbite learns the campaign → YouTube Paid mapping when at least one website session arrives with kb=ga_vd. Until that happens, the campaign may not appear under YouTube Paid even though spend pulls from Google Ads.
There is no customer-facing UI today to map a campaign into YouTube Paid manually.
